Soft like Cashmere, dark green sweater with statement bow tie in back

First pic is the back of the sweater, green velvet strands to tie in a bow to desired length/look. Thought it was cashmere because it’s so soft but included tag of materials. Light wear, great for casual holiday events. No tags but fits like a medium, don’t know brand.
