I wouldn't say they are fleece but they are superrrrrr soft and thick. You would be able to wear them as "legging pants" or warmer "tights" under a dress. (No see-thru butt like the Lulu Lemon "incident"). Worn a few times, no pilling or ruins. M/L - (I think this fits sizes 4-10.)
