Soft pleated skirt Wrap

Very soft comfy modal fabric. Last photo shows the small cords that connect the two layers. second photo shows how each layer is thin and a bit translucent. Some very small holes, should be able to see in photos. Zipper in back and POCKETS! UK size 12 = EUR 38 = US 8 = medium. I'm usually a medium and this is a bit too loose on me.
