Soft surroundings silk velvet tunic shirt

This is lovely in color and very soft & elegant. It is a 2x but armpit to armpit measures 27”. The sleeves are open cuff with 3 pretty buttons to accent. Spare buttons included. I bought this new at soft surroundings yet never wore it, tags intact. From a pet free and smoke free home. It measures 31” in length.
