Softest little black dress 🖤

Handmade black velvet dress, super soft inside and out, fabric has a nice weight but feels like butter. Very flattering, short but not too short ( I have a thin frame and am 5’6”) . Versatile for styling. Vintage in perfect condition. Antique look. MEASUREMENTS: 38.5” from top of strap to bottom hem Bust is 17” across armpits
