This two piece set includes a vivid blue, long sleeve, zip front jacket with a diamond stitching detail and a black, elastic waist skirt. It's great for travel because it never needs ironing. The waist band is very stretchy and comfortable. It's from the Sotwear collection by Mark Singer. I'm calling it vintage, it does have shoulder pads and it is in great vintage condition.

catrinatel @blueberrybutton Hi, thanks for asking. It depends how tall you are. 31” from the waist. Comes to above the ankle on me.

catrinatel @blueberrybutton well, I have not worn it for quite a while but I will check when I get home, but it has an elastic waist and I think it is very stretchy so that it really doesn’t matter that much. I think I was wearing the skirt after the jacket no longer fit me.
