This is a gorgeous maxi dress done by Soho Apparel LTD. The dress is black with a blue and white printed design. It is sleeveless with straps that wrap around and you can tie a bow in the back at the neckline. There is a keyhole, triangular, shape on the front neckline. The top of this dress is a little blousy, and then falls straight at the sides.
