Soho Size (Oversized) Small Pull-On Black Pants

They may claim to be small, but they are more like at least a medium, if not large. Please see measurements. Very pretty material, can definitely be considered dressy, and who can have enough black pants? Zippered front pockets, faux back pockets, and I'd call these bootcut. They are pull-on, so fabric has plenty of give, will be very comfortable.
