Soho electric word print mini dress NWOT

I purchased this dress at Clever Alice Sample sales. It is new without tags and it's a soft satin material. I believe this will fit a multitude of sizes. The waist unstretched 30" max stretch 50". It was intended to wear with blackout tights and heel booties, however, I never got around to wearing it.
