Purchased this and it’s just too warm for where I live (New Mexico). Soia & Kyo is part of the Mackage brand house from Canada and this coat has some serious weight to it! Only tried on and not worn. We don’t even really get snow here, so there is no point in keeping it. Get a great deal on a beautiful coat! From a smoke-free, pet-free home. Recently dry-cleaned with the fur cleaned by a specialist, which really makes this a half price buy.

@ehamad hi there! It does not, but I can’t imagine it would add much to it if it did. It’s a super warm coat. I have previously lived in Chicago through many winters and I think this would work there no problem - vest or no vest.
