Soiéblu Black Floor Length Dress with slit - Size Small Petite

Floor length Little Black Dress :) by Soiéblu. Perfect for a black tie wedding or event. I took the tags off because I thought I would wear it to a friend's wedding and packed it, but I ended up wearing something else to the wedding so it has technically never been worn but no tags for evidence sorry! It is a size small but great for a petite frame! I love the delicate detail on the shoulder and it has a gorgeous slit on the left knee. I am 5 feet tall and planned to wear 4inch heels with it.
