EUC - Soieblu “Crinkle” dress - size Small Halter tie with a cute tie low cut back. I did cut off the hanger straps as they stuck out and bothered me when I wore it (last picture) - no other issues/flaws, holes or stains. I have worn this dress once and it has been sitting ever since - it’s extremely adorable and in amazing condition. Washed on cold and hung to dry. Smoke Free Home 🐾 Pet Friendly Home
