I bought this shirt from Bebe's last fall and I still LOVE it! The only reason I'm selling is because I'm not able to wear it enough. It is a size XS but fits like a small/medium since it's so stretchy. Looks very cute with leggings (I'm 5'9) so I'm sure it can be a super cute dress for some as well. 💕 this shirt does have a lower neckline.
