bayousammy also, is there a drawstring to cinch the bottom of the outer jacket? It doesn't appear to have a snow skirt :)

alexander1688 @bayousammy So I took another look and your right there are elastic draw string closures at the bottom of the jacket and there is a new pic up to show them. Also the white stains should be salt stains I just never took the time to clean them before.

alexander1688 @bayousammy Rating? It’s Columbia’s Omni-Tech fabric which is supposed to be waterproof, I’m not familiar with a standard fabric rating system though. And the wear is just the standard fading in color and sort of brown color that shows up inside some of the high contact areas like the end of the sleeve.

alexander1688 @bayousammy I added a new picture of the sleeve that shows the wear a little better. There are no holes or tears just discoloration.
