I made this dress using (out of print) haunted graveyard cotton fabric. The fitted bodice is lined in white cotton, with spiral steel boning at the sides. The petal detail on the bust can be worn up or down. The sarong skirt accentuates curves and has a fixed tie at the side. The halter strap is removable!
