@ashlynramos hi, I Definitely would say medium impact but I do know lots of people love this bra for running. I have it for running but sized down one size to a 4. I'd say this runs like a 6. IMO. it's the older Oiselle sizes of small, medium and large. Now they r foing numbered sizes for most of their bras. Hope that's helpful.
