I've worn at once. It is in size extra large. The underslip is not included. The underslip was horribly made. You can put a cream, nude or white slip underneath. It is a beautiful summer dress great for a festival or summer concerts. It also kind of reminds me of a nightgown. It also reminds me of a prairie dress.... Great for a pregnancy gown. It has been washed once and it will not shrink anymore. I only use natural detergent, so there's no heavy scent with my clothes that have been worn.
