Sold elsewhere Frame NWT smocked shirtdress

Brand new with tags, never worn. Still available full price at nordstrom. It's tagged a size large, but I am showing it pictured / video'd on me : I'm five foot four inches and a hundred and seventeen pounds. I bought it at this size because I wanted the length. I'm pretty small up top... I like the fit on me but it's too short for my job so passing along for a steal.
