__danika__ @brasscupcake Hi! Length is 28", waist is 17" at the belt loops, material is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. The belt is 37" long. The notches start at 30 3/4" and end at 26 3/4". I hope this helps. Holler if there is anything else I can do. Thanks!!

brasscupcake Thanks for such a fast and thorough reply! Dang, that's a bit too short for what I need right now. I need something long enough to cover my butt. But this is such a cute coat and the rest of the measurements sound like they fit well, I'll keep this bookmarked in case I can find a use for it. :) Thanks again for your time!
