Solid Navy Dress From Tart Collections

The dress available is a solid navy blue. It’s less purple-y than shown in the photos I took, more of a dark navy. The tie sides allow you to adjust for length & the dress is all-over stretchy with a very soft, comfy fabric. The tag says lemon tart, purchased from the tart collections website. New with tags.
