This is a LuLaRoe dress that has a ruffled drop shoulder top and a ruffle around the bottom. They originally designed these dresses for consultants that went on a cruise before making them available to other customers. The Cici dress is originally retailed for $70. This dress is brand new, but the tag is missing.
