Great used condition - Solito Castaway Ruffle Top Fabric tag is out but this is 100% cotton - cool and light! Fabulous blue and white tie dye stripe (more muted color than the stock photo). Elastic neckline gives versatility, can be worn on/off shoulders. Ruffled sleeves, hem, neckline. Top is generously cut - quite wide for a floaty fit. Approx 23” armpit to armpit 25.5” long.
