This is a Soma brand gorgeous summer dress in peacock blue with empire waistband and removable, adjustable multi-way straps with built-in bra cups. Elastic across the back. Size medium. 90% polyester 10% spandex. Bust measures 14" across just underneath the twist wrap and 29" long, not including straps. Tags have been removed because my mother hates them and this was her dress. Still looks brand new.
