Comes with outer jacket (not a gatefold), 2 inner sleeves, and 2 discs. Everything is in excellent condition. Outer jacket and vinyl records have all been stored in protective clear sleeves (not included). Only played once or twice. Side D has no music; it has decorative etching instead - it's original.
