the top portion looks fuzzy which is fine
is it thick, very heavy or stiff

@hunterred6 hello, that top portion actually isnt fuzzy. It is made the same way as the rest of the garment only its in color. It is isnt stiff and I would day it is medium weight. Hope this helps!
