Sophisticated Vintage Hat Black Velour White Sequin Bows Sweeping Feather

SALE Sophisticated 1960 era vintage hat--a little topper intended for special events. In black-- "long velour" or "long felt fur"--which is a reference to a fabric with more of a nap than plain felt or velour. At the front are 3 bows formed by white sequins outlined in tiny faux pearls. Each is about 21/2" wide. To the right side is a sweeping 8" black feather. It is anchored by a long stem that crosses the crown and is laced with sequins. Note the ear tags.
