This is a NEW w/ Tag Soprano Black Floral X Cross Ruffle Neck Hi-Lo Dress Large. This is a sheer dress with a lining under and if you look close at the photos the sheer fabric overlay has black raised polka dots. It's southern bell-like. The bottom skirt portion looks like a wrap-around so it comes up into a v-shape in front with the longer in the back. Love it. Top right photo shows what the shear fabric looks like.
