Soprano High-Low Cold Shoulder Surplice Navy Floral Dress with V Back - Size M. Long sleeves with cute button detail at wrists. There is a strap across the back to keep sleeves from falling. Skirt is lined. It is a very short lining & wrinkles terrible after washing, but smoothed out once on. Bought it at Nordstrom. Only wore out a few times when I lived in the south. Too cold in the north to wear it! Great used condition.
