Worn maybe 2 times, 100% cotton and breathable Smocked at the top with flutter sleeves Needs to be ironed but perfect condition, no stains or tears. Received many compliments, definitely a statement dress with the sleeves! I’m 5’7 and didn’t iron the dress when I wore it as shown in photos
