jencuff How tall is the boot shaft from the heel to the top of the fluff?

idigclothes @jencuff These have been worn in deep snow a few times. The felt liners (including the faux fur) can be removed and washed and show a little bit of piling where they rubbed against socks. The ankle leather doesn’t show much wear - typically these boots get broken in at the ankle after significant wear.

idigclothes @jencuff The measurement up from the bottom of the heel up the back of the boot to the top of the fur is about 13”. The bottom of the heel to the top of the light blue leather is exactly 11” and the fur adds 2-2.5 inches depending on how it is fluffed up. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

jencuff @idigclothes I wish I could try them on! I was hoping they were going to be taller than what I’m measuring.

idigclothes @jencuff I added a stock photo of a different color so you can see where they hit on a model. Since I’m 5’1” they always felt tall enough. On most, they hit above the calf but not at the knee.

idigclothes @deanna_leslie I will put that on my list for tomorrow since the sun has gone down for the day.

idigclothes @deanna_leslie I’ve added three photos in indirect natural light. We haven’t had strong sunshine at all today, but it should give you a feel for the coloring

deanna_leslie @idigclothes thank you! these are great. they don't match but 2 coats in my closet but I need warm. so the wool liners are what matters most. are these made in Canada by chance?

deanna_leslie @idigclothes my last sorel boots that I somehow lost were not that warm so I'm contemplating. I just really want warm. I'm replacing uggs that are unbeatable in warmth and I never wear socks with them. your boots aren't Canadian made but if there are removable liners it should be comparable to theirs

idigclothes @deanna_leslie These removable liners are made of recycled polyester and this pair was made in China. I’ve only worn these with socks, but they’ve kept me pretty warm on frozen lakes.
