I'm sorry your not satisfies with your purchase but These boots are not adult size they are a big kids size 7 which I described in the description and when you asked me the question I answered you honestly. I had purchased these in the kids section of the Sorel website.

jen_pagan06 @katiejobug86 .. hi good morning. I have been in contact with Chauncey in customer service by email. He is saying there is nothing that can be done since the package was received and funds released. I am asking him if there is anything that can be done to fix this. I don't want you to keep the boots since it wasn't the size you needed. He was saying you would also need to contact posh customer service.
