Antiqued silver tone finish and signed on the interior band. It is adjustable in that it is cuff style and can be gently manipulated. It is in good condition but does have a more distressed, vintage look versus bright and shiny. Sorrelli uses gorgeous crystals in their jewelry which really sparkle!
