6” across & 5 1/2” from top of pocket to bottom point. All 5 pockets are real pockets (not sewn closed or fake) and usable.

Yes, there is some stretch. It has 1% spandex so not a lot but does have some give to them.

Side seam to side seam, just under pockets is 18 1/2”. Widest, about an inch or so under zipper is 22 1/2”

Only a bit as there is only 1% spandex. They were actually too small for me. That’s why I am selling them.
