Sourpuss Halter Dress with Skull and Bow pattern. It has black and white polka dot trim and non-funtional black buttons down the front. This dress was purchased probably about 2010 and worn once. it's insanely cute but just never fit me right. it's a great sun dress but can also be paired with black tights, boots and a cardigan for a Halloween/ fall look as well. it's 95% cotton, 5% spandex. there is a stretchy panel in the back. without stretching it, the waist is about 17.5". stretching it probably gives you another 4-5" approximately. from the center front of the dress to the hem is just over 27". no flaws or stains. from a smoke-free, pet-free home
