Sourpuss Peggy Flamingo Dress

In great condition! Tagged a size Large, but measurements look more like a medium. 95% cotton/5% spandex dress with halter ties and side zipper. Features ric-rac down the front, buttons (decoration, not fuctional), and embroidered flamingo decal on skirt. Waist is 14 inches flat, bust is 13.5 inches flat. There is elastic near the zipper on back to allow for a little more stretch on the bust. Color is a pastel mint with white polka dots and pastel pink accents. Discontinued style as of 2015 and now hard to find!
