South American Hand Carved Ceremonial Mask from Chile

This is a great looking mask. Great detail and color. Hand carved in South America. On the back it is marked from Chile. It also has a note on the back that speaks about the tribal chief and the kids. See pictures on the back. No cracks are chips. Believed to be dated back to the late 40s. 8 1/2 x5 1/2".
