Spaghetti strap cocktail dress

Spaghetti strap cocktail dress. This dress has a cute twisted strap design with a slight asymmetrical hem (goes to slight point in center). It has ruching around waist & a flowy bottom, which makes it very flattering. It is also padded, so no bra is needed. It says it’s a 12P, but I would say it’s definitely not petite. I’m 5,11” & it wasn’t above my knees. Only worn once for a party. EUC.
