Spanish Ballerina Skirt

This is a cute Spanish style layered skirt designed to wear over your ballet clothing or as regular clothing as desired. It’s layered with white organza ruffles trimmed in either yellow, green or pink ribbon. Then gathered into a silver shiny waist band.
