Sparkle & Fade Blue Side Cut Out Sweetheart Neck Dress

This dress from Sparkle & Fade came from Urban Outfitters a few years back. It has adjustable spaghetti straps, side cut outs, and box pleat details on the front and back of the skirt. I only wore it once or twice and it's in good shape without any noticeable fabric wear or marks. It's a mini length and measures about 25" from the top of the bust to the hem. The band below the bust measure about 13" across, so you'll want your ribcage below the chest to be about 26" around. The bust measures 13.5" across, but the material does have stretch.
