Sparkle and Fade High Low Tunic

GUC. Sparkle and Fade high low tunic is great for the spring/summer . The item has a small piece of thread coming out in the front and a small stain near the neck area can only be seen from very up close. I am pointing to the defects with the temple tip of my sunglasses. I have worn this on its own , but I'm 5'0, so it was the perfect mini dress for me.
