Sparkle and Fade Sheer Asymmetrical hi low dress

Love this transitional piece from Urban. Can be used as a swim cover up since it's slightly sheer, or worn into fall as a layering piece. The arm holes are very open so this is a great dress to wear with a fun bandeau or bralette in a contrasting color. The shoulder has a braided detail and there are raw edges around each hem. Size small but could fit up to a medium as it is pretty flowy.
