Sparkle and Fade beaded dress

This is a beauty. Worn once to a New Years Eve wedding. Underneath is a simple gray underlay that you can wear alone. The beaded top layer is very beautifully made. Not sure I want to part with it, but if I know it’s going to someone who will wear it I’ll be happy. Grayish/blue.
