Sparkle royal blue pageant dress

Sparkle royal long sleeve deep sheer v neck fluffy tutu sequin dress it has four layers of tulle i added feathers so there’s glue stains underneath the first layer of tulle and a little bit at the bottom or last layer of tulle on the dress so the there are two remaining layers of that are in perfect condition maybe someone can reconstruct it turn it into whatever way u want too maybe cut the sleeves because there is feathers on the sleeves i will accept reasonable offers because of the glue stains and my poor gluing skills 🙄this dress is beautiful and it was handmade
