Sparkly Black Cocktail/Homecoming Dress

Very simple black cocktail dress good for semi formal events, homecoming, etc. Size 9/10. Worn three times; there was no belt attached with it when I bought it, but there are two belt loops that hang (you can clip them or sow them on if you want to have a small belt on it) Its a pretty basic dress if you're looking for something cheap for an event. Price is very negotiable but selling for $25
