Sparkly Dark Navy Blue Dress

This sparkly dark navy blue dress has a halter neckline that ties at the base of the neck. It is ruched on the torso with ruffles on the bottom. The underlayer is blue, and the black lace overlay with blue sparkles and a floral design create the overall navy look of this dress. It falls just above the knee and has built-in bra padding. The dress is in size L, and is also made of a stretchy material. The center rhinestone ring where the tied piece begins in the middle of the chest is missing a few stones, but this detail is not noticeable from a distance. Furthermore, the left hanging strap is broken, but this does not effect the look of the dress nor how it can be worn. It has born only a few times, and is in otherwise great condition. It is perfect for school dances and formal occasions of the like.
