Sparkly Dress w 3/4 Length Sleeves + Shoulder Pads

BEAUTIFUL sparkly mini dress with gold and silver reflective sequins (overall looks silver from far away). Great for New Years and the holidays. Dress has 3/4 length sleeves and built in shoulder pads. The shoulder pads are super minimal and give basic structure to the dress. Deep low back. Slip-on w stretch. The dress is not itchy on the inside. It is very well made, with minor sequins falling off over the years. There are some loose fishing wire-esque strings, but nothing overly noticeable when wearing the dress. Returns not accepted due to fishing wire / sequin concern. Gently worn about 5 times. Excellent used condition.
