Sparkly Heels Sz 8.5 (39)

These open-toe heels by Lady Couture are perfect for the holidays!! Pair them with a solid color dress to give it the festive look! These have never been worn. Slight fabric “bump” on front of right shoe. See pic. Looks like they just were a little sloppy when placing the fabric but won’t be noticeable when wearing. There is what looks like a bit of glue residue on thr inside of the same heel. Again, sloppy manufacturing. I took a pic of this, too.
