Sparkly Purple Dress Halloween Costume Dancer Flapper Sequins Lace Fringe VGUC.  This dress has a built-in purple metallic bodysuit underlay and a semi-sheer nude color triangular shape insert at neckline.  All fabrics used in this garment stretch making it ideal for dance activities or a comfortable Halloween costume.  The dress measures 15"  pit to pit, 12.5" at waist, 15" at hips and 26" long from arm pit to hem.  These measurements were taken with the dress flat os a table.  The fabric will stretch about 5 inches, so for example, the waist will fit a 25" to 30" waist.
