90s vintage to y2k early 2000s worn by me growing up its for a child size 11, i believe for an 11 yr old im an xs woman modeling its better as a shirt for women. its a loose fit either way you wear it as a child or adult! bright lovely red with sparkles built in the fabric (no shedding) its a very stretchy elasticy material
