Sparkly Short Sleeve Top

This is a beautiful top for evening wear or anytime. The fabric color is black but has very sparkly blue accents throughout that capture the light. I tried to capture it in the video. Pairs nicely with the blue tea length skirt in my closet. The size is medium but wears more like a small. Measurements are below. The fabric has some stretch to it. Shoulder to shoulder 15” Width seam to seam 16” Length 21” All items are from my personal closet. Feel free to ask any questions!
